USS Lexington

You don't want to miss this experience!  Pack 9 will explore and sleep aboard the legendary World War II aircraft carrier USS Lexington.

Details:
  • November 13-14, 2010 in Corpus Christi, TX, approximately four hours from Austin.

  • The visit includes an overnight stay in crew quarters, two meals (dinner and breakfast), self-guided tour of LEXINGTON, planned activities on board and admission to the MEGA Theater. Also available at additional cost: The Mess Deck (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), Flight Simulator ($4.00 per person) and a coin operated game room.   • Cost per attendee: The USS Lexington charges $49/person for this experience. Pack 9 will cover $25/person, so each attendee will pay $24.  Siblings are welcome but must be at least 5 years old. Sleeping quarters are segregated by gender.
      
  • We are also exploring a visit on Sunday to the Texas State Aquarium, which is next to the USS Lexington. An additional charge will apply but a group rate might be available.
